Italian Large Leaf Basil

Very similar to Genovese. It has a more delicate leaf and is the preferred variety for tomato sauces.

Cilantro

The entire plant is edible. The leaves are called Cilantro and the seeds Coriander. Cilantro leaves are delicious and add a unique taste to any dish. Calypso Cilantro last about 3 weeks longer in leaf stage before bolting.
